The hotel was conveniently located near attractions we needed to reach quickly; however, it was disappointing that we didn't have time to fully enjoy the surroundings. The service was top-notch with the staff being friendly, patient, and welcoming, making us feel at home. The dining experience had its ups and downs, with some good choices but also a bit of delay. Overall, a good value for the money with some aspects that could be improved.

This hotel is conveniently located near Munising, Michigan, just a 7-minute drive to the pictured rocks cruise station. The rooms are bright, clean, and adequately comfortable, perfect for a card-playing session. The service was friendly and helpful, although there were some concerns about certain portions being closed down for breaks. The dining experience offered the usual hotel breakfast options, which were nice but not exceptional. It's sad to see that some guest specialties like lemonade and movie rentals are no longer available, impacting the overall experience.

The staff was incredibly nice and helpful, giving us great recommendations for dining and even guiding us to our boat tours. The location is simply beautiful, and despite a minor issue, they resolved it without hesitation. The dining options were decent, although the breakfast was a bit basic. Overall, a great value for the comfortable stay.
